Notes from our Green Buyer

We found this coffee on a cupping table in a garage in Quillabamba, Peru. Kevin, who was hosting a cupping for us, works with smallholder farmers around the town and brings their coffee to market. This was a great find as the Hatumpampa farmers grow and process great coffee. This coffee is a crowd-pleaser.

Notes from our Roaster

Hatumpampa is an incredibly clean coffee coming out Peru’s Cusco region. With its red fruit note and creamy mouthfeel, this coffee is not only approachable but it’s versatile: you can brew this on pour over, French press, espresso (and even cold brew!) to yield a wonderfully sweet and well-rounded cup of coffee.
